SurgeMove ("we," "us," "the app") is owned and operated by Akram Digital Success LLC. We respect your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

What we collect

Information you provide directly: During onboarding, you enter your weight, age, height, fitness level, exercise frequency, and fitness goal. This information is used only to personalize your calorie calculations and gameplay pace.

Information stored locally: At this stage, SurgeMove stores your profile, session history, Flames, and Level progress directly in your browser's local storage on your device. We do not currently operate a server-side database, and this information is not transmitted to us or stored on our servers unless and until account creation is introduced in a future version.

Payment information: If you subscribe to Surge, payment is processed entirely by Stripe, our payment processor. We do not see, collect, or store your card details — Stripe handles this directly under its own privacy and security practices.

Usage data: We may collect basic, non-identifying analytics (such as page views or general usage patterns) to understand how the app is used and improve it.

How we use your information

To calculate personalized pace and calorie estimates, to run the core gameplay experience, to process subscription payments through Stripe, and to improve the product over time.

What we don't do

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your fitness data with third parties for advertising purposes. We do not use hidden anti-cheat or motion-tracking surveillance — SurgeMove operates on an honest, self-reported basis.

Your choices

Because your profile and history are currently stored locally in your browser, you can clear this data at any time through your browser settings or the in-app "Reset all local data" option in Settings. If you subscribe to Surge, you can view and manage your subscription, including cancellation, at any time — see "Manage or cancel subscription" in Settings.

Children's privacy

SurgeMove is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the product evolves (for example, if we introduce user accounts and server-side storage in a future version). We'll update the "Last updated" date above when that happens.

SurgeMove is owned and operated by Akram Digital Success LLC ("we," "us"). By using SurgeMove, you agree to these terms.

What SurgeMove is

SurgeMove is a browser-based fitness game. You physically mirror on-screen movement cues (jump, duck, shift left/right) as a real cardio workout, and the app estimates calories burned based on standard exercise-science formulas (MET-based calculations) tuned to the information you provide.

Not a medical device

SurgeMove is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice. Calorie and fitness estimates are approximations based on standard fitness-industry formulas, consistent with the estimates provided by fitness trackers and exercise apps generally. Consult a physician before beginning any new exercise program, especially if you have a pre-existing health condition.

Honest, self-reported use

SurgeMove does not use motion-tracking, cameras, or anti-cheat verification to confirm you are physically performing the on-screen movements. The system relies on your honesty. Calorie and progress statistics are only meaningful if you genuinely perform the movements shown.

Free and paid tiers

SurgeMove offers a free tier (one session per day, capped at 15 minutes) and a paid subscription tier, Surge ($9.99/month), which removes the daily cap. Subscriptions are billed through Stripe and can be cancelled at any time — see "Manage or cancel subscription" in your in-app Settings. There is no free trial requiring payment information — the free tier is available permanently at no cost.

Your responsibility

You are responsible for exercising safely, within your own physical limits, and in a space clear of obstacles and hazards. SurgeMove is not liable for injuries sustained while playing.

Account and data

At this stage, SurgeMove does not require account creation, and your profile and progress are stored locally in your browser. Because access is recorded on your device, a Surge subscription unlocks the app on the browser you purchased it on. If a future version introduces account creation, these terms will be updated accordingly.

Changes to the service

We may update, modify, or discontinue features of SurgeMove at any time as the product evolves.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the state in which Akram Digital Success LLC is formed, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions.
